We are

MTS Collective

A team of creatives behind two Indiana venues
dedicated to bringing people together:

our first
Mustard Seed Gardens

Our flagship venue in Noblesville. Established in 1835, Mustard Seed was originally a family-owned farmstead. This historic venue features a farmhouse, garden acreage & barn.

no. two
Iron & Ember

Our team’s newest venture & Mustard Seed’s sister venue. Though aesthetically different than our flagship space, our team’s signature style is evident when you walk the property.

MTS stands for Mark & Teresa Skipper — the husband & wife duo and heart behind our brand. Together, they have over ten years of business ownership experience and are passionate about working hard, fostering local partnerships and creating a team that shares their unique vision.

Wedding Venue Team, Indianapolis

the team

We have a lot of experience:

The MTS team coordinated our first wedding in 2010 and our 500th in 2019. Our five event coordinators have strong backgrounds in wedding & event management and guide our clients through the planning process. We consider hearing the phrase “I didn’t have to worry about a thing” a total success.

the mission

A wedding, a corporate event, a baby shower — regardless of the celebration, we want to be a part of it.

Our mission is simple: create a one-of-a-kind backdrop, bring people together, celebrate love and have the best time doing it. We accomplish this by making our clients our first priority. We believe in over-communication and over-delivering. We regard kindness and a calm demeanor to be paramount in problem solving. And we think hard work and a strong client-coordinator connection are invaluable.

the
location

we might be a little biased, but we think you’ll fall in love with Iron & Ember, just like we did.

You’ll find the venue at the newly renovated Brookshire Golf Club in Carmel. This is not your typical golf club. Iron & Ember is nestled inside an established Carmel neighborhood. The building sits on five-plus acres of lush greens and a full tree line. The unique interior is an incredibly well-lit, neutral, airy canvas, and the space is accented with striking iron beams and a statement fireplace.
